High-quality Ditzler™ valves: Reliability for more than 25 years

Sena Plastics took over the manufacture and distribution of Ditzler™ valves. Ditzler™ valves are characterised by their high reliability and long service life. They have been in continuous use all over the world for more than 25 years.

Thermoplastic flaps

Here are some examples of thermoplastic valves, i.e. materials such as polypropylene (PP-H), polyethylene (PE) and many others.

Duroplast flaps

Here are some examples of flaps made of duroplast (composite material). They are made of fibreglass and epoxy-vinyl ester resin. Depending on the characteristics of the system, several types of resin are possible.

Customised flaps

Here are some examples of customised valves. They do not comply with any standard and can be made of different materials depending on the customer's needs. The applications are many and varied, such as lined steel bodies, rectangular or other shapes.

Metal flaps

Since plastic is not suitable for applications at extreme temperatures, we also offer our customers all-metal products, from simple steel to special alloys such as Hastelloy C22 and others. Some examples are shown below.

ATEX zone flaps

The guidelines for the prevention of explosion risks now apply to a wide range of systems. Sena Plastics dampers can be customised to meet ATEX guidelines as required.

Fire protection flaps

Ditzler™ developed fire protection flaps under the name DICO 41. This product prevents the spread of fire in plastic pipes and the fire-resistant laminate also offers a high level of resistance to flames from the outside.
